Shipping Policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with USPS tracking information. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method
We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the USPS service used.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not guarantee delivery dates, as USPS delivery times can vary due to location, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the USPS system.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with USPS, feel free to contact us at nerdlingas@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.
